Morning practices will take place every morning; afternoon practices will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. There are no PM practices on

Wednesdays or Fridays. Buddy practices take place on Wednesday mornings, so older buddies will remain after practice to work with their little buddies.

Please remind your older swimmers that they are encouraged to join the 4 PM 8 –and-under practice if late-afternoon thunderstorms are expected.

Morning practices

7:30-9AM for Seniors (13-18)
8:45-10AM for Juniors (9-12)
9:45-10AM for Novices (8 and under)
9:45-10:15AM for beginners (developmental)

Afternoon Practices

4-4:30PM for beginners
4-4:45PM for novices
4:30-5:30 for Juniors
5:15-6:30PM for Seniors
